| Residents at Charlotte Hall Veterans Home recently enjoyed a special Fish Fry Friday featuring more than just a delicious meal—it included fish they had caught during their own charter boat fishing adventure.
The meal gave residents the opportunity to enjoy the catch from their trip while sharing a memorable experience with friends. Fried fish was served alongside creamy coleslaw and another homegrown addition: pickles made from cucumbers harvested by the Home’s Garden Club.
The special meal was a wonderful way to bring together the residents’ fishing and gardening activities and enjoy the results of their hard work and adventures.
