The 2025 Cruisin’ SOMD event is on Saturday, October 4th, 2025. In the event of forecasted rain, the rain date is Sunday, October 5th. Registration on the day of the event will be at Golden Beach Park & Ride, 37750 Golden Beach Rd., Charlotte Hall, Maryland 20622 (two blocks from Maryland Route 5). The 100 mile Cruise through three Southern Maryland Counties begins at 9:00 am at Golden Beach Park & Ride and arrival at the last stop is estimated to be 2:30 pm at the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home.

Cruisin’ Southern Maryland, Inc. was formed in 2012 by a group of Southern Maryland antique, classic, and muscle care enthusiasts for the purpose of conducting an annual Car Cruise to raise money to principally benefit the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home, as well as other local not for profit organizations, especially Veteran’s charities.

The organization is a registered 501-(c)(3) non-profit and is managed by a dedicated group of 20 plus members that work nearly year-round to plan and organize the annual event. To date, we have donated over $229,000 to the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home, our primary beneficiary, as well as an additional $49,000 to other charities for the benefit of Veterans. See less
